Yikes for Hillary

Her lies about the Bosnia sniper-rifle fire are really humiliating. I am having a hard time supporting Hillary in light of all of her ugly blunders.

Although, if you ask me, not nearly as ugly as Obama backing his anti-semitic anit-America preacher. AIDS introduced as a way to kill black people? Oh please. People like the Reverend should know better than to take advantage of ill-educated city folk that would likely believe such lies. Sad.

On the other hand though, as the Iraq war continues to be a failure, I will vote for whichever democrat wins the nomination (assuming the nomination battle ends in my lifetime) just for the sake of ending the war.

Yeah, she has said some really, really dumb stuff lately.

This whole drawn out, painful process doesn't make me want to vote for McCain or anything, but I really have lost interest in the whole thing. I'm sick of hearing what Clinton and Obama have said/done or not said/not done and who is criticizing who, and blah blah blah blah blah...so negative, so irritating, and now, just super boring.

Someday, when the primaries are over, maybe everyone will start talking about issues and stop whining. Maybe.

I agree. I haven't payed much attention lately so I only hear about the primaries when one of them does something ridiculous. I hope that once the primaries are over there will actually be some discussion of issues. The thing that is frustrating is that there is plenty of mentioning issues and talking about change, but no one actually says anything about what they would actually do to affect some change. I want to hear real ideas about the issues, not just vague lip service. Don't tell me that something needs to be changed or that you're going to change it- tell me what you plan to do about it.

I hate to ever defend Hillary, but here goes. I don't get what the big deal is with Hillary lying. This is not a new trend for her. Anyone who has decided to vote for her is either ignorant to who she is or has chosen to ignore the fact that she is the consummate politician and will and has done whatever it takes to win. She is actually a genius at taking reality and twisting it to make the Clinton machine come out smelling like roses. I mean, how else can someone turn her husband having sex with an young, stupid girl into a vast right wing conspiracy? Laughable now, but she really had people believing her. Then she goes on to write a book about it and comes out the loving, faithful wife who was desperately hurt but came out of it with a stronger marriage. Amazing.

So, as far as Hillary goes, we all know she has integrity issues. I think most politicians do. The real question is how you feel about her policies. If you support all abortion, want to have the largest tax increase in history, refuse to close the border, and love to spend taxes on frivolous projects, Hillary is your girl.

I also have to say that I think people are overreacting to the Obama/Rev. Wright thing as well. I live in an area where there are a good number of black people. Rev. Wright's views are not that out there. I have heard similar things from people here. This is just my experience, but it is usually from poor, uneducated black people. That would describe a large part of Chicago pretty well. I think it is wrong for someone with so much influence to further this ignorance but it is not extraordinary. Unfortunately, history is full of examples of the US deliberately hurting minorities to make these ideas almost credible. If I was black and suffering I would love to lay the blame on the government.

So, once again, it is about the issues. I think that Obama is way more there on the issues but Hillary is close behind. Just pick your favorite flaming liberal and go with it. ;-)

I meant to say that Obama is way more out there. Sorry, it got so long that I didn't bother to read over it. Maybe this is a sign that I need to stop rambling on. Hehehehe!!
